中文摘要 | 本研究以教師組織公民行為為自變數、學習型學校為調節變項,探討兩者對學校創新經營 的影響。本研究以問卷調查進行研究,以全台之公立國民小學教師為研究母群體,共發出500 份問卷,回收有效問卷332 份。經項目分析與因素分析研究之信效度後,再以階層線性模式 (HLM)進行跨層次分析,根據研究結果,獲致以下主要結論:1.教師組織公民行為中的助人 行為、關懷學校效益以及尊重學校體制對學校創新經營的不同面向具有正向影響力。2.學習型 學校中的改善心智模式對學校創新經營的課程教學創新具有正向影響力。3.學習型學校中的系 統思考、改善心智模式在教師組織公民行為與學校創新經營之間具有調節效果。最後,針對上述結果,本研究提出相關的討論與建議。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the researcher took teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and learning school as an independent variable to explore their impact on school innovative management. The researcher sent out 500 questionnaires, the valid of them amounted to 322. After using item and factor analysis to test the reliability and validity, the study used hierarchical linear model (HLM) to test cross- level model. Based on the result, the researcher made conclusions as follows. 1.Teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior in school had a positive influence on innovative management in part supportted. 2. Learning school had a positive influence on school innovative management in part supportted.3. Learning school possessed adjustment effect between teachers’ organizational citizenship behavior and school innovative management in part supportted.Based on the discussion of these results, the study also provided some suggestions for future research. |
