中文摘要 | 目的:本研究旨在探討經由10週的浮潛活動,對大專男性學生、女性學生體適能表現之影響。方法:以15名健康大專男性學生,以及21名健康之大專女性學生為受試對象,在實驗開始前皆實施體適能之前測,實驗組進行10週之浮潛活動(3次/週,55~60分/次,運動強度為50~85% HRR),並於實驗完成後實施後測。以相依樣本t檢定考驗所得數據(α=.5)。結果:男生組在第11週的坐姿體前彎 (33.53±11.01 / 36.07±8.86) 、立定遠跳 (209.80±25.78 / 219.07±15.60) 、1分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐 (46.87±10.92 / 50.93±8.97) 、1600公尺 (524.33±101.36 / 474.07±64.58) 等4項具有顯著改善 (p<.05) ,而在身高、體重、身體質量指數等方面則沒有。女生組則在體重 (53.81±10.01 / 52.95±9.00) 、身體質量指數 (20.68±2.85 / 20.18±2.29) 、坐姿體前彎 (31.90±13.39 / 36.52±8.90) 、立定遠跳 (145.48±25.83 / 180.81±15.21) 、1分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐 (28.76±7.27 / 30.33±5.34) 、800公尺 (315.95±69.65 / 286.95±33.20) 等6項具有顯著改善 (p<.05) ,唯身高並無差別。結論:10週的浮潛活動具有改善大專男、女學生之體適能表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purposes: This study was to investigate the effect of 10-week snorkelling exercise on physical fitness of college students. Methods: There were 15 healthy male and 21 healthy female college students, received 3 days per week, 55-60 min each session, with intensity of 50 to 85% heart rate reserve (HRR). All subjects were tested pre- and post- physical fitness tests. The paired-samples t-test were used to analyze the data (α=.5). Results: There were post-test better than pre-test on ”sit-and-reach” (33.53±11.01 / 36.07±8.86), ”board jump” (209.80±25.78 / 219.07±15.60), ”1 min bent-knee sit-ups” (46.87±10.92 / 50.93±8.97), and ”1600 M” (524.33±101.36 / 474.07±64.58), and others were no difference in the male group (p<.05). There were post-test better than pre-test on ”weight” (53.81±10.01 / 52.95±9.00), ”Body Mass Index (BMI)” (20.68±2.85 / 20.18±2.29), ”sit-and-reach” (31.90±13.39 / 36.52±8.90), ”board jump” (145.48±25.83 / 180.81±15.21), ”1 min bent-knee sit-ups” (28.76±7.27 / 30.33±5.34), and ”800 M” (315.95±69.65 / 286.95±33.20), and the other was no difference in the female group (p<.05). Conclusions: The results indicated that 10-weeks snorkelling exercise significantly increase the physical fitness level in male and female college students. |
