| 中文摘要 | 瓜實蠅(Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett)及東方果實蠅(Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel))(雙翅目:果實蠅科)素為瓜果類作物之重要害蟲,在台灣各地普遍發生。2009年在彰化溪州苦瓜園,以0.02%賜諾殺濃餌劑稀釋8倍連續誘殺瓜實蠅9週後,處理區之雌、雄蟲數各為對照區之66.7及34.1%,而平均被害率及被害度亦顯著減少,各為對照區之42.1及36.4%,5週後之防治率達66.7-98.1%。同年後期在嘉義鹿草苦瓜園進行同樣誘殺試驗,處理區之平均被害率及被害度亦顯著降低,各為對照區之15.8及14.3%,而平均防治率則高達62.8%。綜合兩區試驗結果,施用賜諾殺餌劑確可降低瓜實蠅對苦瓜之危害而具良好防治效果。同年在嘉義竹崎同樣以0.02%賜諾殺濃餌劑稀釋8倍,在葡萄柚園誘殺東方果實蠅9週後,處理區之果實被害率及被害度顯著下降,平均各為對照區之23.3及25.0%,防治率亦高達75.4%。由此可知,賜諾殺餌劑在葡萄柚園對東方果實蠅亦具良好之防治效果。 |
| 英文摘要 | The melon fly (Bactrocera cucurbitae Coquillett) and the Oriental fruit fly (Bactrocera dorsalis (Hendel)) (Diptera: Tephritidae) are important insect pests for melon and fruit crops occurring commonly in Taiwan. The attracting result of 0.02% Spinosad bait diluted 8-fold applied in a bitter gourd orchard at Hsichou, Changhwa in 2009, for the melon fly for 9 weeks showed that the numbers of captured female and male flies from treated plot were 66.7 and 34.1% comparing to non-treated control, respectively. The averaged percentage of fruit damage and degree of fruit infested were also significantly decreased in treated plot with that only 42.1 and 36.4% of non-treated control, respectively, and the control rate was 49.2%. Later in the same year tests at Lutsao, Chiayi obtained similar results, the averaged percentage of fruit damage and degree of fruit infested in treated plot were 15.8 and 14.3% comparing to non-treated control respectively, and the control rate reached 62.8%. In the same year, 0.02% Spinosad bait diluted 8-fold applied in a grapefruit orchard at Jhuci, Chiayi for attracting the Oriental fruit fly for 9 weeks showed that the averaged percentage of fruit damage and degree of fruit infested had significantly decreased in treated plot: only 23.3 and 25% respectively, comparing to non-treated control, and the control rate reached 75.4%. These results showed that the Spinosad bait is a good control agent against both melon fly and Oriental fruit fly. |
