中文摘要 | 目的:探討游泳訓練對於唐氏症學童平衡動作表現的影響。 方法:以唐氏症學童 12位,隨機分為實驗組六位(年齡 12.0±1.8歲,身高139.2±2.8公分,體重40.3±2.1公斤)、對照組六位(年齡 11.8±1.7歲,身高138.8±4.7公分,體重 41.1±2.6公斤),實驗開始時,兩組同時進行布魯因克斯-歐西瑞斯基動作熟練度評量工具( BOTMP)中之平衡分項測驗,測量其平衡動作表現,接著實驗組施以每週五天,每次六十分鐘的游泳訓練活動,對照組則不給予任何活動訓練,經過十二週後進行後測,以評估其平衡動作表現的差異情形。測驗所得之各項資料,以 SPSS for Windows 10.0套裝統計軟體進行資料處理及分析。受試者基本資料以敘述統計來表示;以獨立樣本 t-test、單因子變異數等方法,分析實驗組及對照組各項平衡能力前後測之差異情形,顯著水準定 α=.05。 結果:游泳訓練對唐氏症學童平衡動作之表現,在張眼使用慣用腳站在地板上( F=10.78,p<.05)、張眼慣用腳站於平衡木上( F=16.01,p<.05)兩個靜態平衡項目達顯著差異。 結論:可鼓勵唐氏症學童多參與游泳訓練活動,有助於靜態平衡動作表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of swimming training on balance movements display in children with Down’s Syndrome. Methods: The subjects of this research were 12 Down’s Syndrome children. The subjects were divided into two groups, 6 in the experimental group(age 12.0±1.8 years old, height 139.2 ±2.8cm, weight 40.3±2.1kg) and 6 in the control group(age 11.8±1.7 years old, height 4.7±138.8cm, weight 2.6 ± 41.1kg). The experimental group does swimming training 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week but the control group doesn’t. In the first week, two groups were tested by balance test tool (BOTMP). The posttest was held after the 12-week training. The data were analyzed descriptively by independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA by SPSS 10.0 for Windows, significance levels α= .05. Result: There were significant differences (p<.05) between the experimental and the control group in full-vision and dominant leg stand on the floor (F =10.78, p<.05), full-vision and dominant leg stand on the balance beam (F =16.01, p< .05) . Conclusions: The Down’s Syndrome children should be encouraged to take part in the swimming training program. It will help Down’s Syndrome children improve balance movements display. |
