中文摘要 | 能源管理是政府推動永續能源發展與政策目標的方針,促進節能減碳管理效果及有效能源合理使用,確保能源供應穩定發展及提升能源使用效率。研究目的以學校導入能源管理系統ISO 50001標準之成效評估作為研究標的,透過個案研究使用電能內外部各項數據資訊的資料來源,作為判準研究問題的方案評估結果,提供學校使用能源管理政策的參據。 研究方法採用內容分析法及個案研究法,應用質化資料討論分析,進行學校導入能源管理系統ISO 5000標準機能的運作PDCA管理循環法則的模式,進而持續改善能源管理使用效率的推動目標。 研究結果鑒於學校導入能源管理系統ISO 50001標準機能,遵循「計畫(Plan)、執行(Do)、檢查(Check)、行動(Action), PDCA」管理循環法則模式,使用電能成本效益及效能分析的評估結果,減少用電量及電費支出。 |
英文摘要 | Energy Management is to promote sustainable energy development and government policy objectives of the policy to promote carbon reduction and effective management and rational use of Energy Efficient, to ensure development of energy supply and increase Energy Efficiency. Stable Research purposes to the school into the Energy Management System ISO 50001 Standard as a research subject of effectiveness evaluation through case study data using the power of the internal and external information sources, as the criterion of program evaluation research questions, to provide Energy Management and use of school policy reference data. Using content analysis methodology and case study method, the application of qualitative discussion and analysis of data for school Management System ISO 5000 into the standard energy function of the mode of operation of the PDCA Management Cycle rule application, and then continue to improve the efficient use of Energy Management to promote the goal. Results in view of the school into Energy Management Systems ISO 50001 Standard function, follow the "plan (Plan), implementation (Do), check (Check), action (Action), PDCA" Cycle Rule Management mode, using the cost- effectiveness and performance analysis of power the results of the assessment, to reduce electricity consumption and electricity costs. |
