中文摘要 | 本篇論文的研究目的是要利用添加食品加工殘餘物來抑制粒片板之甲醛釋出。試驗板的製造使用尿素甲醛樹脂,樹脂率為10%,食品加工殘餘物之添加量為10%,目標密度是0.80g/cm^3,熱壓時間、壓力與溫度分別是8min、3.0MPa和150℃。依照不同的條件進行密度、含水率、甲醛釋出量、內聚強度、抗彎強度等試驗,以評估銀合歡木粒片/食品加工殘餘物粒片板之性質和可行性。結果顯示成板密度介於0.77~0.80g/cm^3,含水率介於7.81~9.03%。當添加食品加工殘餘物時,甲醛釋出量減少,內聚強度降低。甲醛釋出量減少約21~38%,內聚強度介於1.51~2.32MPa。抗彎強度與彈性模數也同樣隨著添加食品加工殘餘物而降低,本研究的抗彎強度介於12.94~16.61MPa,彈性模數介於640.91~978.32MPa。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study is to reduce the release amount of formaldehyde of particleboard with the addition of food-processing waste. The boards made with UF with resin content of 10% and with a target density of 0.80g/cm^3. The pressing conditions are time of 8min、pressure of 3.0MPa and temperature of 150℃. To evaluate the feasibility of the reduction of free formaldehyde by adding food-processing waste, particleboard made of Leucaena glauca (L.) Benth, wood particle/food-processing waste, density, moisture content, formaldehyde emission, internal bond strength, bending strength were investigated. The results showed that board density ranged from 0.77~0.80g/cm^3 and moisture content ranged from 7.81~9.03%. Formaldehyde emission and internal bond strength decreased after food-processing waste was added. The decrease in formaldehyde emission was 21~38 percent. The internal bond in this study ranged from 1.51~2.32MPa. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity also decreased after food-processing waste was added. The modulus of rupture and modulus of elasticity in this study ranged 12.94~16.61MPa and 640.91~978.32MPa, respectively. |
