中文摘要 | 本研究係以孟宗竹竹炭做為取代蔬菜種苗栽培介質中之真珠石,即竹炭於不同體積混合比例(7.5,15及30 %)作為栽培介質之基質,以評估其對甘藍與番茄穴盤育苗生長之影響。竹炭與真珠石之基本性質測定涵蓋:碘值、BET比表面積、苯吸附、真密度、pH值、電導度(EC值)及陽離子交換能力(CEC值)等,其結果分別為286.8與65.6 mg/g、212.9與0.19 m^2/g、6.21與0.10 %、1.68與1.40 g/cm^3、9.80與7.62、0.53與0.01 ds/m及9.76與0 cmol/kg。孟宗竹炭介質物理性質之充氣孔隙度介於9.05-13.05 %、容器容水量介於61.97-68.08 %、總孔隙度介於71.07-77.56 %及總體密度介於0.14-0.20 g/cm^3,屬質地極輕的基質,其與栽培介質中具真珠石者相近。以甘藍苗於播種第42天之乾重、鮮種及壯苗指數等生物量顯示,在栽培介質Sondermischung者之對照組(泥炭土與真珠石)為0.27 g,2.33 g,0.11,而泥炭土:竹炭(85:15)為0.42 g,3.44 g,0.18;又在番茄者知,泥炭土:竹炭(85:15)者為0.48 g,4.69 g,0.09,且其與具真珠石者0.46 g,4.10 g,0.08皆具有顯著差異。以上結果可知,栽培介質之基質以15 %孟宗竹炭做為取代真珠石時,其物化性質、EC與CEC值等皆較真珠石者佳,且播種後對兩種蔬菜種苗之生物量於Sondermischung者皆較對照組者高。因此,以孟宗竹炭取代栽培介質中之真珠石,而做為蔬菜種苗生產應有其可能性。 |
英文摘要 | The study used Moso bamboo charcoal to substitute the perlite of cultural media, and to investigate the effect of plug seedling growth of cabbage and tomato with different volume percentage of charcoal as a ground substance in media. The basic properties of charcoal and perlite, including the iodine number, specific surface area (BET), benzene adsorption, true density, pH value, electrical conductivity (EC) and cation exchange capacity (CEC), were 286.8 and 65.6 mg/g, 212.94 and 0.19 m^2/g, 6.21 and 0.10 %, 1.68 and 1.40 g/cm^3, 9.80 and 7.62, 0.53 and 0.01 ds/m, 9.76 and 0 cmol/kg, respectively. The physical properties of Moso bamboo charcoal in media at the air-filled porosity, container capacity, total porosity and bulk density were 9.05 - 13.05 %, 61.97 - 68.08 %, 71.07 - 77.56 % and 0.14 - 0.20 g/cm^3. The bamboo charcoal in media was belonged to a type of lighter substance and its physical properties were similar to the perlite in media. The biomass obtained for cabbage seedling growth with bamboo charcoal in medium of Sondermischung after having been sowed for 42 days, the dry weight, fresh weight, and seedling index were 0.42 g, 3.34 g and 0.18 from the volume percentage of peat and charcoal at 85 and 15 %, and were higher than those of the controls, 0.27g、2.33 g and 0.11. For tomato seedling growth, the results showed that the dry weight, fresh weight, and seedling index were 0.48 g, 4.69 g, 0.09 and the difference was significant from the perlite ones, 0.46 g, 4.10 g, 0.08. The physical and chemical properties, EC and CEC of Moso bamboo charcoal were all recognized better than those of perlite. The biomass evaluations of seedling index, fresh and dry weight from both vegetables seedling growth in media of Sondermischung were higher than those from the controls, when adding 15 volume percent of bamboo charcoal as the ground substance in media. Therefore, the study suggests that using Moso bamboo charcoal to substitute perlite in cultural media is possible to be applied on the production of vegetable seedlings. |
