中文摘要 | 規律的運動可促進能量消耗與能量攝取平衡,更是維持健康生活的關鍵。Wii遊戲機親和的操作系統與創意十足的可愛遊戲,將以往形成父母與孩子間隔閡的遊戲方式,改變成能讓全家大小同時享受的家庭式娛樂,廣泛的為各年齡層所接受。Wii Sports其活動生理與代謝反應雖無法和運動相提並論,但與相傳統坐式遊戲相比仍高出許多;甚至有資料顯示,其能量消耗大於一般健走運動,更可當作增加參與者意願的減重替代方案之一。本文蒐集有關Wii Sports能量消耗的國內外文獻,對於Wii Sports的遊戲效益也有進一步探討,希望能讓一般大眾對Wii Sports有全新的瞭解與認識。 |
英文摘要 | It is well documented that exercise on a regular bases can facilitate the equilibrium between energy expenditure and intake, and it is the key to maintain a healthy life. Wii Sports, with its friendly control interface and creative games breaks the barrier between parents and children, enabled family members to enjoy Wii Sport playing experiences together, and thus widely accepted by all ages. Although activities provided by Wii Sports can not compare to real exercises on physiological and metabolic responses, they are still relatively better than the traditional sitting still type games. Some data even show that energy expenditure is greater than normal walking activity, and it can increase participants' willingness and be one of the weight loss alternatives. The author collects information on energy expenditure on Wii Sports from literatures, and also further explores the benefits of Wii Sports games. Finally, this article wishes to give general public a better understanding and more awareness on the Wii Sports. |
