中文摘要 | 以四個仙履蘭品種,PA2992(Jamie Chantry(Primulinum“Green EIF ×Jolly Green Gem‘New Year’ ”))、PA3232(Virginia Moffett(Callosum‘V-6’ ×acmodontum ‘Mt.Toro’”))、PA4849(Azoros Eagle 2(Viniferum‘Jac’ AM/AOS×Callosum‘V-3’”))、PA9213(Formosa Lady ×Sanderianum),為材料進行不同光照、溫度與肥料濃度的比較試驗。仙履蘭栽培在不同光照處理下,高光的環境有助於側芽的萌發,低光則對「全株鮮重」及「地上部鮮重」等植株的生長較有利。溫度較高的環境下對側芽的萌發較為有利;但「全株鮮重」及「根重」則是低溫的表現比常溫佳,顯現較低的溫度對植株的生長和根系的發育較為有利。高肥處理區萌發的「側芽數」顯著較多,但是低肥處理區根部重量的表現較優。品種與光照強度的交感效應在所調查的五個性狀中皆不存在;品種與肥料濃度的交感效應只有「根重」顯著存在;但是品種與不同溫度間的交感效應,有「葉幅」、「全株鮮重」及「根重」等三個性狀顯著存在。 |
英文摘要 | Slipper orchid is getting to be a potential cropping orchid in Taiwan. About total of 50 orchid gardens are growing this kind of orchids. Being mostly hobby growers, the cultivation methods are varied. Except some scientific literatures describing the results of cytogenetical studies, there are very few reports to record the cultivation experiment. This article may be one of the very few pilots for this field. Four varieties, including PA2992(Jamie Chantry(Primulinum“Green EIF ×Jolly Green Gem‘New Year’ ”)), PA3232(Virginia Moffett(Callosum‘V-6’ ×acmodontum ‘Mt.Toro’”)), PA4849(Azoros Eagle 2(Viniferum‘Jac’ AM/AOS×Callosum‘V-3’”))and PA9213(Formosa Lady ×Sanderianum)are as material. At first, Different treatment combination of light intensity and fertilizer concentration are compared on the effect of plant growth with four varieties of different plant types as materials. At second, Different treatment combination of temperature and fertilizer concentration are compared on the effect of plant growth with two varieties of different plant types as materials. The results of the first experiment showed that lower light intensity is better than higher light intensity for total plant fresh weight and upper half plant fresh weight. The higher light intensity is better than lower light intensity for laternal bud numbers. The results of the second experiment showed that lower temperature is better than higher temperature for root fresh weight and total plant fresh weight. The higher temperature is better than lower temperature for laternal bud numbers. The results of these two experiments showed at the same time that lower fertilizer concentration is better than higher fertilizer concentration for root fresh weight. The higher fertilizer concentration is better than lower fertilizer concentration for laternal bud numbers. The effect of variety × fertilizer interaction is significant on root fresh weight. The effect of variety × temperature interaction is significant on leaf span, total plant fresh weight and root fresh weight. |
