中文摘要 | 本文採用文獻分析方法,對零售業創新的定義和類型進行界定,並以此為基礎,分析中國零售業創新的問題和政策措施。中國政府應該綜合運用財政和稅收政策、教育和培訓政策、基礎設施建設和智慧財產權政策來解決零售業創新面臨的共同問題,為中國零售業營造良好的創新環境。中國零售企業也要努力提高創新能力和創新管理水準,關注創新效率和效果,提高消費者的滿意度和忠誠度,從而實現企業的長期發展。 |
英文摘要 | Based on present research on retailing innovation in China, this paper categories retailing innovation as three types and illustrates the problems and relevant policy making. In order to make a good innovative environment, Chinese government should apply financial and tax policy, education and training policy, infrastructure construction and intellectual property policy to solve the common problems of retailing innovation. At the same time, Chinese retailing companies should try to improve their abilities of innovation and innovation management, focus on efficiency and effect of innovation, increase customers’ satisfaction and loyalty, finally make a long-term development. |
