中文摘要 | 迴旋加速器生產出18F-FDG後,生產人員將18-FDG分裝完成,即將18F-FDG放置於運送遮罩容器(PIG)中,經測量完PIG表面劑量率,再放置於不同的運送車,由工作人員運送至正子中心不同的使用單位。PIG的遮罩效果影響著運送人員曝露之輻射劑量多寡,本研究利用蒙地卡羅及熱發光劑量計(Thermoluminescent Dosimeter,簡稱TLD)實測等方法,探討兩種不同遮罩設計之PIG,其對於工作人員之劑量影響。18F-FDG放射性藥物之半衰期爲110 min,以β(上标 +)衰變的方式蛻變,釋放出兩個方向相反、能量爲0.511 MeV之γ輻射。本研究使用TLD-700 (LiF: Mg, Ti)作爲量測劑量之工具,TLD-700劑量計被佈點在PIG周圍距表面0、10、30 cm等多處位置,PIG前、中、後三段之間的接縫處也做TLD佈點,總計共有31個測量點。將二種PIG(PIG1與PIG2)之實測劑量結果與蒙地卡羅計算(Monte Carlo calculation)的結果進行比較與進一步分析、探討,計算值與測量值顯示PIG1與PIG2之最高劑量區皆出現在PIG中間(PIG的主體)部分的表面處。PIG2在PIG的主體及尾部的連接處之接縫有嚴重的滲漏輻射產生,因此造成工作人員較高的劑量貢獻。根據PIG空間劑量率結果、每支PIG平均盛裝18F-FDG之活度、總生產數量及平均接觸PIG時間等因素,計算出使用PIG1與PIG2時,分別會造成工作人員的手指部之年等價劑量爲68.89 mSv/y與15.27 mSv/y;造成全身之年有效劑量爲1.49 mSv/y與1.91 mSv/y。此研究結果顯示,工作者所接受到劑量曝露皆遠低於國內法規及ICRP 60報告所建議之劑量限制值。 |
英文摘要 | As 18F-FDG was produced by the cyclotron, and then dispensed and put inside the shielded Transport Can (PIG). After surface dose-rates of the PIGs were measured, all PIGs were moved into to the assigned transmission cars and delivered to the PET Center by the workers. The shielding of PIGs gave the protection of workers for decreasing the exposed doses during the transportation. In this study, the absorbed doses for workers during the transportation of the PIGs were measured (by the thermoluminescent dosimeter, TLD) and calculated (by the Monte Carlo MCNP code). Besides, shielding effects of the PIGs were also estimated and discussed. The 18F-FDG radiopharmaceutical compounds have the short half-lives of 110 min and emit two opposed 0.511 MeV γ-ray after β(superscript +) disintegrations. All dose measurements were carried out with 3.0*3.0*1.0 mm^3 TLD-700 LiF: Mg, Ti chips (composed of 99.9% 7Li). TLD-700 chips were placed to 31 points distributed at 0, 10, 30 cm apart from the PIG surface. The dose results of measurements and calculations were compared, analyzed and discussed. The maximum dose rates both appeared on the surface of the PIG body for measurements and Monte Carlo calculations for PIG1 and PIG2. Serious leakages were found the junction between body and tail of PIG2; this caused high dose contribution to the worker. According to the factors, such as the spatial dose distribution, mean 18F-FDG activity per PIG, total amount of the PIG and the contact time, the finger equivalent doses of 68.89 mSv/y (PIG1) and 15.27 mSv/y (PIG2) and the effective doses of 1.49 mSv/y (PIG1) and 1.91 mSv/y (PIG2) were estimated. These results are far below the recommended limit of ICRP report 60 and the regulative dose limits in Taiwan. |
