中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討臺北市高中職教師的工作壓力及憂鬱傾向之現況及其相關研究。採 調查法,以臺北市高中職教師為研究對象,採取配額取樣方式進行抽樣。有效樣本為582 份。研究工具包括:個人背景資料調查表、教師工作壓力量表、臺灣人憂鬱症量表。分 析方法包括:描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關 及多元迴歸分析等統計方法。研究結果顯示:有25.9%受試者已到臨界點或明顯憂鬱情 緒,需尋求專業協助或治療。而工作壓力與憂鬱傾向皆會因學校類別與學校規模之不同 而有顯著差異存在。整體工作壓力與整體憂鬱傾向間存在顯著中程度之正相關。根據本 研究結果,建議教育單位宜給予教師關懷、支持及實質之協助,增加教師在教學上的信 心,使教育朝向更正向積極的發展;並請衛生相關單位共同建立教師之醫療照護系統, 健全教師身心健康。 |
英文摘要 | The aim of this study is to investigate v senior and vocational high school teachers' job stress, depression in Taipei City. and used Quota Sampling to do the survey. There were 582 valid questionnaires collected. Research instruments included Personal Background Questionnaire, Teachers Job Stress Scale, Taiwanese Depression Questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe method, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: The results showed that the job stress of Taipei high school vocational teachers tend to situations of low level, school level factors feelings maximum job stress. The job stress because of the different types and size of the school and there are significant differences exist. Depression because of the different types of schools and there are significant differences exist. Significant positive correlation between the degree of overall job stress and depression as a whole. According to the findings and conclusions of this study, we offer the following suggestions: “educational institutions” should give care, support, and assistance in real terms to teachers in order to increase confidence of teaching and to make progress toward correction and the positive development. In addition, health-related units should be invited to establish common medical care systems for teacher in order to improve physical and mental health of teachers, to create appropriate teaching and residential environments, and to organize a healthy lifestyle of leisure activities to enhance the quality of life of teachers. |
