中文摘要 | 本研究以南部科技大學為抽樣範圍,採立意抽樣共得 236份有效問卷,研究工具為轉譯自 Beggs, Ross and Goodwin (2008)之「實習知覺量表」。根據資料分析,本研究結果發現:1.學生認為實習應該是有薪水的;2.不同性別的餐旅系學生在校外實習制度知覺上沒有差異存在;3.不同年級及專業證照的餐旅系學生在實習制度知覺上有顯著差異存在。最後,提出對實習制度未來發展之建議。 |
英文摘要 | This study focuses on students in southern Taiwan major in hospitality management. Purposive sampling method is used in this study and 236 students were invited to complete a questionnaire. Research questionnaire is translated from Beggs, Ross and Goodwin’s (2008) instrument. According to data analysis, the results were as the following: (a) The students of hospitality management considered that should be paid during internship. (b) There was no significant difference of internship perception in gender. (c) There were significant differences in year grades and professional certification. Based on the findings, some recommendations were provided to hospitality schools and students in order to enhance the quality of internship programs. |
