英文摘要 | “Unconventional Photogrammetry” is a measurement methodology not requiring "Camera Calibration" and can use a regular consumer camera. The calculation of its “internal and external parameters" is more complicated and less precise than "Traditional Photogrammetry". Unconventional Photogrammetry can use readily available photos to reconstruct 3D terrain soon when a disaster occurs. By comparing these terrain data (before and after the disasters), we can quantify the changes in elevation during disasters. We chose a large-scale slope failure event occurred on the Cidu section of Formosan Freeway on 2010/04/25 at 14:33, used “Unconventional Photogrammetry” to reconstruct terrain data (after the event and when the collapsed earth had been cleared). We estimated the earthwork volume of the landslide was around 225,078.5 m3; and it’s close to the result published by the Ministry of Transportation And Communications. It showed this method is indeed feasible and able to rapidly, and quantitatively measure the terrain elevation variations. |
