中文摘要 | 本研究以真空管式太陽能熱水器作為加熱源,運用開放吸附式吸濕冷卻原理架設系統並實驗測試性能。因吸附吸濕冷卻不需要壓縮機,所以沒有噪音及耗電量大的問題。實驗中使用電加熱後之熱水模擬太陽熱能經由空氣加熱器加熱空氣使吸濕輪上的水份除去再利用,重新讓吸濕輪吸附外界空氣之水分。上述系統具有取代機械式冷凍空調系統及避免使用氟氯烷冷媒的優勢,並提供平台以探討開放循環吸濕冷卻之各項操作參數。實驗結果可知,太陽能集熱器能將十公升之循環水加熱,在環境溫度約30℃時循環水能維持350分鐘在90℃以上,使集熱器產生之熱水能夠提供吸濕冷卻中空氣加熱器使用。另外,在吸濕及加濕兩部份都能分別在量測中得到濕空氣熱力圖之狀態,從濕空氣熱力圖中,可查出濕度率再從中求出吸濕量,通以熱水之空氣加熱器可處理的吸濕量為0.05 kg/h。研究中之加濕腔體使用超音波造霧器加濕乾空氣,加濕後的溫度減去先前吸濕後的乾空氣溫度差為14℃。吸濕後的乾空氣再經過加濕,其加濕後出口溫度能較經過吸濕輪前之入口溫度下降5℃至7℃、提供明顯的冷卻效果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, using the thermal energy from hot water produced by an evacuated solar heater and the theory of open-cycle adsorption cooling, a chiller was developed and evaluated experimentally. Taking advantage of adsorption cooling, no compressor is required and no noise is produced. During the experiments, electrically heated water was used to simulate the hot water heated by solar energy and the water was used to heat the air to remove the water adsorbed in the adsorption wheel, recovering the wheel. A system of this kind would replace a traditional vapor-compression air-conditioning system and prevent the need for CFC refrigerant. The system then becomes a platform to study various operating parameters of adsorption cooling.The experimental results show the solar heater is able to maintain the water at greater than 90 ℃ for more than 350 minutes, if the ambient temperature is around 30 ℃. Besides, using the psychrometric chart, it can be found 0.05 kg/h of water is adsorbed by the hot water driven system. The humidification process was performed by ultrasonic vibrating and a 14℃ temperature drop in the humidification process could be achieved. Overall, a 5 to 7℃ temperature drop could be achieved by the system and the cooling effect is promising. |
