中文摘要 | 環保署自98 年起致力於南海地區東沙島環境監測工作,將我國環境監測領域,由本島延 伸至南海地區,並於99 年3 月至6 月間,參與由美國太空總署(NASA)發起之7SEAS 計畫, 派遣我國空氣品質監測車赴南海地區東沙島,進行空氣品質監測。監測期間各項污染物平均值 顯示如懸浮微粒(PM10)平均濃度為26.6 μg/m3、一氧化碳(CO)平均濃度238 ppb 、臭氧平 均濃度40.8 ppb、二氧化氮(NO2)1.6 ppb 等。相較於我國恆春、鹿林山背景測站,各污染物 平均濃度差異不大,趨勢上大致呈現自3 月份逐漸往下下降至6 月份,由於東沙島本地污染源 較少,在季節性變化影響下,污染物濃度呈現春高夏低的情形,變化趨勢與我國其他背景測站 相近,顯示東沙到所受到的境外長程傳輸污染情形與台灣相似。 |
英文摘要 | Since 2009, the Environmental Protection Administration has monitored the environmental quality of the South China Sea, from Dongsha Island to the Spratly Islands. Ongoing monitoring and analysis has been carried out on air quality and marine water quality in order to understand variations of environmental quality in the South China Sea. During the period from March to June 2010, we successfully transported an air quality monitoring vehicle of the Environmental Protection Administration and monitoring equipment of NASA to Dongsha Island in order to simultaneously monitor the environmental quality in the South China Sea, as well as to understand the effect of the long-range transport of pollutants on the Southeast Asian region. Three months(2010.03~2010.06) of monitoring data indicated average concentrations of PM10, O3, CO,NO2 to be about 26.6 μg/m3, 238 ppb, 40.8 ppb, 1.6 ppb, respectively. Relative to Hengchun and Lulin background stations, the average concentration of pollutants were similar, the trends generally showing a decrease from March to June. Therefore, we can conclude that Dongsha Island’s air quality is affected by long-range transport of pollutants. |
