中文摘要 | 本文旨在分析全國57個一般測站1996年至2010年懸浮微粒(PM10)以及2006年至2010年年細懸浮微粒(PM2.5)平均質量濃度變化趨勢。1996年至2004年PM10濃度變化趨勢除宜蘭空品區呈上升趨勢外,其餘各空品區皆呈下降趨勢,但僅高屏空品區達顯著水準。在57個一般測站中,36個測站呈現下降趨勢,但僅6個測站達顯著水準;21個測站呈現上升趨勢,但僅新莊站達顯著水準。2005年至2010年PM10質量濃度各空品區均呈現下降趨勢,北部及竹苗空品區達顯著水準。47個測站呈現下降趨勢,其中19個達顯著水準;10個測站呈現上升趨勢,均未達顯著水準。2006年至2010年PM2.5質量濃度各空品區均呈現下降趨勢,但未達顯著水準。48個測站呈現下降趨勢,其中7個測站達顯著水準;有9個測站呈現上升趨勢,均未達顯著水準。 |
英文摘要 | This study aimed at to analyze trends of average concentrations of suspended particulates (PM10 and PM2.5) from 57 ambient air quality monitoring stations from 1996 to 2010. From 1996 to 2004, concentration of PM10 in most basins had decreased except for the Yilan air basin; concentration in the Kao-Ping air basin in particular fell to a satisfactory level. Concentration of PM10 monitored from 36 of the 57 monitoring stations had downward trends, but only 6 of them fell to a satisfactory level. However, concentrations at the other 21 monitoring stations had increased, except at the Sinjhuang station where it had fallen to a satisfactory level. From 2005 to 2010, concentration of PM10 showed a downward trend, and concentrations in the North and Chu-Miao air basins had fallen to satisfactory levels. The 47 monitoring stations showed downward trends, with 19 of them fallen to a satisfactory level. Concentration of PM10 in 10 monitoring stations increased, and did not reach satisfactory levels.From 2006 to 2010, concentration of PM2.5 showed a downward trend in all basins, but the relevant data did not indicate attainment of satisfactory levels. The 48 monitoring stations had downward trends, of which 7 fell to satisfactory levels. Concentration of PM2.5 in 9 monitoring stations increased, and did not attain satisfactory levels. |
