中文摘要 | 本研究探討國民小學教師對學校內部行銷的知覺及其組織承諾(包含態度性與交換性)的關係。同時,本研究也探究不同背景的國民小學教師,在內部行銷知覺與組織承諾上是否有所差異。本研究發現: 一、整體而言,教師對內部行銷的知覺與其組織承諾均在中上程度。 二、男性、研究所畢業、兼主任、學校規模小之教師對內部行銷知覺顯著較高,而本校服務年資不同的教師在內部行銷知覺上則無顯著差異。 三、男性、資深、研究所畢業、兼主任之教師的組織承諾顯著較高,而學校規模不同的教師在組織承諾上則無顯著差異。 四、內部行銷作為中的管理支持、內部溝通、教育訓練有助於教師態度性組織承諾的提升,而激勵與獎酬則無顯著影響。 五、內部行銷作為中的管理支持、激勵與獎酬、內部溝通對教師交換性組織承諾有正向影響,而教育訓練則無顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | This study explores the relationship between elementary school teachers’ perceptions for the school internal marketing and their organizational commitment (including two dimensions of attitude and exchange). Meantime, this study also investigates whether there are some differences in the perceptions of internal marketing and organizational commitment for elementary school teachers with different background. This study finds that: 1. Overall, teachers’ perceptions of internal marketing and their organizational commitment are above the middle level. 2. Teachers of male, finishing graduate school, holding a part-time administrative position, and small school size have higher internal marketing perceptions. However, the seniority has no effect on internal marketing perceptions. 3. Teachers of male, long seniority, finishing graduate school, and holding a part-time administrative position have higher organizational commitment. The school size has no effect on organizational commitment. 4. In the actions of internal marketing, management support, internal communication, and training have positive impacts on organizational attitude commitment, but the motives and rewards has no effect. 5. In the actions of internal marketing, management support, motives and rewards, and internal communication have positive impacts on organizational exchange commitment, but the training has no effect. |
