中文摘要 | 本研究由社會網絡理論與交易成本理論的觀點,探討大學生的關係學習。社會網絡分為結構性與聯繫性,交易成本理論中有資產專屬性與不確定性兩個重要概念,據此本研究以結構性社會網絡、聯繫性社會網絡、資產專屬性與不確定性四個變數為自變數,加上關係資本為中介變項,關係學習為依變數,進行實證研究。本研究發現,大學生之聯繫性社會網絡、資產專屬性與不確定性會影響關係資本,進而影響關係學習,但結構性社會網絡無法增加關係資本,也無法促進關係學習,僅有資產專屬性對關係學習有直接影響。最後,本研究對大學生關係學習的未來研究與管理策略提供一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | According to the views of social network theory and transaction cost theory, this study explores undergraduates’ relationship learning. Social network has two kinds of structural and relational network. Transaction cost theory has two important concepts of asset specificity and uncertainty. This study uses the four variables of structural social network and relational social network, asset specificity and uncertainty as independent variables, adding to relational capital as a mediator and relationship learning as a dependent variable, to conduct an empirical study. This study finds that undergraduates’ relational social network, asset specificity and uncertainty influence relational capital, and further influence relationship learning. However, structural social network can not increase relational capital and also can not promote relationship learning. In addition, only asset specificity can directly influence relationship learning. Finally, this study proposes some suggestions for future research and managerial strategy of undergraduates’ relationship learning. |
