中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在發展Web 2.0線上學習網站評鑑指標,作為企業組織之線上學習網站平台層面的參考依據。以德懷術調查法進行研究,經14位Web2.0領域專家學者三回合問卷,架構出具有共識的評鑑指標,發展出Web 2.0線上學習網站評鑑指標。本研究發現經由三回德懷術專家問卷的調查問卷,彙整其意見與進行統計分析後,確定此評鑑指標之架構為2個評鑑構面、4個評鑑指標層面,56個評鑑指標項目。其所獲得之研究結果是綜合實務界與學術界專家群之論點,建構出Web 2.0線上學習網站的評鑑指標,以供未來在學術或企業在建置互動性網站時,皆可藉由此評鑑指標,以作為證明、改進、比較、追蹤、解釋、分析和預測數位學習成效之依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was the development of Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation criteria as organization of e-learning platform level, a reference site. Delphi survey method to study the field by 14 experts and scholars Web2.0 three rounds of questionnaires, which reflects a consensus of evaluation, the development of a Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation criteria. The study found that three rounds of Delphi through the questionnaire survey of experts, their opinions and to compile statistical analysis, to determine the structure of this evaluation indicators for the two evaluation dimensions, four levels of evaluation index, evaluation 56 criteria project. The results obtained in this study is a comprehensive group of practitioners and academic experts of the arguments, construct a Web 2.0 e-learning website evaluation indicators for future academic or business in the build interactive website may apply by this evaluation criteria, as proof, improve, comparison, tracking, interpretation, analysis and forecasting basis for digital learning. |
