中文摘要 | 本研究在探討影響國人年節餐飲消費行為之因素,研究設計採量化的問卷調查法,佐以電腦輔助電話問卷調查方法(簡稱CATI系統)收集及分析資料。研究對象為參與電話訪談的2034位15歲以上臺灣地區居民,訪談資料以描述性統計及交叉分析法分析。研究結果顯示:大多數的受訪者會特別重視一定要有別於平常的應景飲食;近七成受訪者認為現今年節的飲食方式與十年前有很大的差異;特別在除夕及大年初二最容易有飲食過量的情形發生。研究可供未來飲食營養教育應用與餐飲消費研究之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of Chinese New Year custom on food consumption behaviors. A quantitative survey study was developed and the Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing System (CATI) was used to collect and analyze data. A total of 2034 subjects participated in the study. Descriptive statistics were computed for each variable and nonparametric tests were conducted to determine if food consumption patterns significantly differed in background variables. The results indicate that the majority of subjects had special food consumption patterns during the Chinese New Year holidays, and reported changes compared to 10 years ago. Findings show that overtaken food consumption problems often occurred on Chinese New Year Eve and the second day of Chinese New Year holidays. The results of this study can be used to enhance nutrition education and the further study on food consumption behaviors. |
