中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的爲建構一個高效率簡易的診斷處方專家系統,輔助中醫師進行診斷處方作業,來朝向臨床決策支援系統的方向設計。系統以中醫診斷頸椎病證型的過程爲例,解釋如何建立專家系統資料庫,其中對頸椎病症狀的診斷與判定證型是由專家建立八十一個特徵症狀比重,並經Matlab語言作彈性模糊邏輯程式運算,以模擬中醫師之話斷。處方程式本身則偏重開放系統架構及系統介面之設計,以物件導向的觀點來規劃多媒體中醫系統的架構及功能流程,並使用統一化模式語言(visual basic)爲工具輔助系統分析與設計。實作上則以Access資料庫爲基礎,配合多媒體技術提供友善的病歷存取介面,在資料交換方面則利用XML文件做爲交換格式。藉由實際操作以驗證系統的準確性。此專家系統可以輔助臨床中醫師以減輕診斷處方的工作。 |
英文摘要 | In this paper, we developed an efficient expert system for Chinese medicine diagnosis and prescription. For the diagnosis part, we used elastic fuzzy mathematics system to imitate the diagnosis for the cervical vertebra diseases in Chinese medicine. The Matlab program is used to calculate and determine the type of the cervical vertebra diseases through 81 typical symptoms defined by Chinese medicine experts. For the prescription part, the system was designed by Visual basic program language which provided a friendly interface for multimedia patient records. The Access program was used to design the database for electronic patient data. Actual patients were employed to test the system performance. This expert system is expected to be a valuable tool for Chinese medical doctor in daily diagnosis and prescription work. |
