中文摘要 | 近年來能源短缺與環境保護議題的發酵,使得有關替代能源的相關產業逐漸受到重視,所以本文針對鋰電池與太陽能電池廠商利用資料包絡分析法,進行含有研究經費與專利件數等變數的績效評估,並檢定是否會受歐盟危害物質限用(RoHS)指令實施的影響,結果發現,歐盟RoHS指令的實施,不論對鋰電池或太陽能電池等廠商之績效的排名分配,均呈不顯著影響。根據Pearson相關檢定與Spearman等級相關檢定,顯示研究經費與專利件數在上市、櫃及公開發行的太陽能電池廠商上,相較於鋰電池廠商在績效評估上更重要;此外,研究經費對無效率是具顯著負向影響,但專利件數則是呈顯著正向影響。 |
英文摘要 | The energy shortage and the environmental protection have been the topical subjects in recent years so that the industries of making alternative energy sources are gradually paid attention. This paper uses the Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the performances of lithium-ion battery firms and solar cell firms including the two variables of research expense and patent numbers. In addition, it discusses the impact of the European Union (EU) Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive to the performance and also wants to know the result of DEA-sensitivity analysis. The study finds that the ranking of performances don’t be obviously affected by the implementation of RoHS no matter for the firms of lithium-ion battery or solar cell. According to the two tests of Pearson’s correlation and the Spearman’s rank correlation, all show the important of the research expense and the patent numbers in the performance evaluation for the TSE, OTC and Public Listed Companies of solar cell manufacturer more than the lithium-ion battery Companies. In addition, the influence of research expense is obviously negative to the inefficiency, but the influence of patent numbers is obviously positive to the inefficiency. |
