中文摘要 | 面對全球化競爭的環境,本文試圖探究台灣水果產業之競爭策略,以達提升產業競爭力、創造價值並掌握產業整體發展全貌之研究目的。藉由策略管理理論之應用,以及略型態構面與策略矩陣之推導,本研究提出台灣水果產業之策略構想如下:(1)針對國內目標市場,連結農會與產銷班系統,建立國內通路網,以發揮在地優勢;(2)針對國外目標市場,整合國內產銷組織,並以貿易公司型態,發揮一致性的對外力量;(3)以外銷導向設置水果出口產銷專區,結合特定種苗、產銷履歷,以及通路、品牌,以增進目標市場的競爭力;(4)持續推動農業研發創新,並加強智慧財產權保護,以掌握核心競爭優勢。 |
英文摘要 | Under the environment of globalization competition, this paper tries to explore some competition strategies of fruit industry in Taiwan in order to enhance competitiveness, creating value-added and get the whole picture of the industry development. It applied the theory of strategic management to build strategic matrix based on strategic dimension and its pattern. This paper derived some strategic suggestions from strategic dimensions combination as follows. (1)Linking farmers association with production group to establish domestic logistic network and then exercise home advantage. (2)Organizing domestic production and marketing members as a fruit international trade company for foreign target market under efficient and consistent management. (3)Establishing export specific area to integrate a cultivated variety of fruit, production resume, logistic and brand to enhance competitiveness on target market. (4)Continuing agricultural R&D and its output protected by intellectual property right to grasp to core competition advantage. |
