中文摘要 | 消費決策往往面臨不確定性,因而衍生涉入風險,遊客會依其感知的風險程度,來調整旅遊行為。惟因遊憩活動存在無法預見、決策主觀與風險容忍程度不同等特性,導致遊客知覺風險的結構更形複雜。本文旨在分析921震災發生後,遊客旅遊知覺風險所呈現之狀況,研究特色計有:採用階層式的風險結構假說,設計一個考量抽象因子的高階驗證因素分析模型,進行主題園旅遊風險結構之驗證。結果顯示:遊客對於災後旅遊的風險考量係呈階層分佈,其中尤以實體風險因子最受重視。業者應掌握安全無虞、新奇、設施完善、值回票價為促銷重點,更須提供即時的旅遊訊息,以降低旅遊之涉入風險。 |
英文摘要 | A prospective customer often faces some uncertainty when planning the vacation. Because of the recreational characteristics of intangibility, subjectivity and the difference of risk tolerance, the hierarchy of perceived risks of tourists is more complicated than that of any other service industry. This study is to examine the changes of the perceived risks of tourists after the 921 Earthquake, and adapt the high order confirmatory factor model to capture the latent risk factors. The results suggested that the tourist risk perception after the Quake is showing a hierarchical structure. And the most important components are physical risk. The related industry should promote those activities that are safe, full of excitement, best equipment, and of course value of experiencing. |
