中文摘要 | 教育品質優劣成敗的關鍵在於教師,而教師素質的良窳影響學生學習與身心發展至鉅,教師教學行為的優劣亦攸關教學品質,更直接影響學生的學習成就。近年來,教師面臨的重要課題是增進教師專業發展,以及因應評鑑制度的潮流。而教師如何能面對此項課題之挑戰,可從覺察並省思其自身教學行為與教學歷程方面著手。教師透過覺察課堂發生事件,審視自身的教學行為,並運用正確具體的訊息,針對教學缺失加以改進,必能對提升教學效能有所助益。而系統觀察法正是提供教師具體完整的觀察與記錄的最佳工具。本文期望透過CSFI觀察系統之介紹,使教師妥善應用,做為省思並改進教學之依據,進而提升教學品質與教學成效,促進教師專業發展,並能從容應對所面臨教學評鑑之挑戰。 |
英文摘要 | The key point to the successes of education is teachers, and the quality of teachers affects students' learning and the development of physical and cognitive domains. Furthermore, the teaching behaviors of teachers also influence the education quality, and directly effects students' study achievement. Recently, the best challenge that teachers have faced is how to improve professional career development, and confront the trend of evaluation. And how the teachers solve the challenge? They can reflect from the teaching behaviors that themselves do and the teaching experiences in the class, to know whether they are doing correctly or not, finally, they use the right and concrete ways to revise the inefficiency in the education, therefore, it might could improve the education efficiency step by step. System observation method of inspection provides the concrete and complete observation, and also the best tools you will need. The research through the introduction of CSFI observation system, let teachers apply it properly, and according to the thinking and the improvement of teaching, furthermore, to promote the quality and achievement of teaching, career development of teachers, finally face the challenge of comment institution confidently and without haste. |
