中文摘要 | 本研究目的旨在探討不同身體質量指數大學生體適能表現的差異情形。以 992位大學新生為研究對象(男生411人,平均年齡 18.86±0.59歲、身高 172.57±5.88公分、體重 66.45±6.78公斤;女生 581人,平均年齡 18.79±0.58歲、身高 160.65±5.75公分、體重55.31±5.45公斤),參與受試者填寫同意書後進行體適能測驗,所得資料以單因子變異數分析、Scheffe事後比較等統計分析,顯著水準定為α=.05。結果:一、體適能測驗上,男、女生一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐表現較佳,百分等級在 63-65%之間,其他項目則有很大的進步空間,尤其在心肺功能上應特別加強。二、不同等級 BMI與體適能差異比較上,男生組在一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐、立定跳遠與1600公尺跑走上及女生組一分鐘屈膝仰臥起坐與800公尺跑走上,正常體重組明顯優於體重過重組,女生組坐姿體前彎則是正常體重組、體重過重組明顯優於體重過輕組。結論:大學新生體適能普遍不佳,體重過重者在體適能表現上普遍較差。因此,未來體育課程中應加強體能訓練,培養正確的運動觀念與運動習慣,以提升個人健康與體適能水準。建議學校可開設運動減重班與運動處方設計等課程,指導學生正確的運動與減重的觀念,相信對於學生會有莫大助益。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of body mass index (BMI) in physical fitness. The participants included 992 students (411 male and 581 female students, with mean age of male 18.86±0.59 years; hight 172.57±5.88 cm; weigh 66.45±6.78 kg, female 18.79±0.58 years; high 160.65±5.75 cm; weigh 55.31±5.45 kg, respectively). One-Way ANOVA and Scheffe post-hoc t-comparisons, were used analyze data. The results were as follows: 1. In the physical fitness: both male and female students were better in one minute sit-up than the norm. 2. Normal weight group showed significant better than the overweight group in one minute sit-up, standing long jump and 1600M run and walk in the male and the female students. In the female overweight group and normal weight groups showed significant better in sit and reach than the underweight group (p<.05). Conclusion: The male and female freshman students show poorly physical fitness and cardiopulmonary endurance performance. In this study, we proved Overweight level students has negative impact in physical fitness. It is important to encourage students to do exercise regularly. In order to promote the level of personal physical fitness, we might to design an individual exercise prescription and weight control project for overweight students. The students had positive attitude of exercise in mentally, however, they had poor action in practically. |
