| 中文摘要 | 天然災害的發生往往難以避免及預測,為盡量減少災害發生時民眾 生命及財產的損失,發展一個設計良好、讓民眾容易取得、使用、又能充 分掌握災害資訊的空間資訊平台,是強化災害分析、深植防災觀念並加強 民眾參與防、減災工作的必要手段。因此,為強化政府防災資訊分析研判 能力、有效運用及整合多尺度空間資訊並深化社會大眾防災意識。本文將 簡介如何運用Google Earth API技術彙集台灣自主的「福爾摩沙衛星二號 (FORMOSAT-2)」影像、航拍影像及多尺度防災基礎圖資,且整合各種雲 端服務提升資訊平台量能,建置一個以坡地防災為主題之多尺度空間資訊 展示系統。 |
| 英文摘要 | Although the occurrence of natural disasters is hard to predict, the extent of resulting damages is able to be lessened by collecting multi-stage remote sensing data and developing a well-designed visualization and interactive tool to integrate and effectively distribute the collected spatial information for disaster prevention and public participation. This paper describes the multi-stage remote sensing data and geospatial information system (MRSDGIS) that we developed for eight towns in southern Taiwan using Google Earth Application Programming Interface (API). Remote sensing imagery from the multi-stage platforms ranging from space (FORMOSAT-2 satellite imagery), mid-altitude (aerial photo) and ground (panorama photo) were collected as the multi-stage remote sensing data in our system. Fundamental disaster prevention maps with different formats, such as raster images and vector layers, were converted to the KMZ format and also integrated into the MRSDGIS system. Furthermore,we successfully deployed the MRSDGIS system in various cloud services and encouraged results to be obtained through several network performances and loaded impact tests. |
