| 中文摘要 | 本論文利用製備之TiO2光觸媒覆膜於不同材質光催化降解臭味物質二硫化甲基 (Dimethyl disulfide, DMDS) 之研究。二氧化鈦奈米光觸媒採用改良式低溫均相-沉澱程序法(Homogeneousprecipitation process at low temperature, HPPLT)製備。將製備之TiO2 奈米粉末,加水形成5% 之懸浮 液,以漬浸塗佈法塗佈於玻璃珠(Pyrex glass beads)或多孔性質之聚丙烯 (Polypropylene , PP) 之基材 上,用以光催化降解DMDS;降解前後之濃度利用氣相層析儀結合脈衝火焰光度偵測器(GC/PFPD) 進行監測。結果顯示於過程中添加FeSO4所製備之TiO2光觸媒對降解DMDS有最好之光催化活性; 且將光觸媒覆膜於多孔性之聚丙烯具有更好之降解效率;本論文所製備之TiO2方法符合綠色化學概 念:低溫、低耗能、步驟簡單且不須經過鍛燒即對DMDS具有相當好之光催化活性,尤其是將光觸 媒覆膜在多孔性聚丙烯上。 |
| 英文摘要 | This paper describes the photocatalytic degradation of dimethyl disulfide (DMDS) using prepared titanium dioxide (TiO2) catalysts and coated onto supporting materials in a laboratory. Pure TiO2 powders were prepared using a modified homogeneous-precipitation process at low temperature (HPPLT). A slurry of 5% TiO2 in water was coated onto either Pyrex glass beads or porous polypropylene fibers to destroy odorous DMDS. Continuous measurements of degrading DMDS were taken with a pulsed flame photometric detector (PFPD) using a gas-chromatographic method. Results show that the TiO2 catalyst prepared using a FeSO4 solution exhibited the best efficiency for decomposing DMDS. Furthermore, TiO2 coated on porous polypropylene fibers exhibited the best efficiency for degrading DMDS. The homemade titanium dioxide powders prepared in this study should be used to photo-degrade environmental organic pollutants effectively without heat treatment, particularly when coated onto porous polypropylene fibers. |
