中文摘要 | 國內外一致主張兒童應優先使用兒童藥劑,然而提供可正確量測又讓孩童能夠又願意服用的藥品,是發展兒童藥劑上重要的挑戰。以往的研究證實磨粉分包不是理想的兒童給藥方式,水劑在認知上相對安全,但無相關文獻探討,於是我們進行以藥杯量取 5 mL水劑後測定重量的定量實驗,結果發現實驗組中廠商與醫院提供的藥杯,皆無法量測到正確的劑量,測量值與期望值間的差距,最多可達 13.45%,測量最大值與最小值差距最大可達 32%。實驗組藥杯與對照組量筒的測量值都有顯著差異(P<0.05)。不過,由不同人員實驗,測量值與期望值之最大的差異都在 20%以內,因此藥杯量取劑量的一致性有優於磨粉。但由於劑量量取的差異,對於治療劑量狹窄的藥品或抗生素,就有可能影響治療結果,因此關心兒童用藥安全,有必要要求水劑藥品提供更正確的量測工具。 |
英文摘要 | Although the priority of child using pediatric medicine is encouraged by global. Providing accurate measured value and make child willing and capable to take medicine is the main challenge of the development. It was recognized that liquid medicine is more suitable and safer than pulverized powder, but still have no literature to refer to. So we went a weight quantitative experiment, estimated 5 mL of water in each measuring cup that provided by drug manufacturers and hospital. We found that the experiment measuring cups cannot measure accurate dosage, further more, the difference between expected value and measured value was up to 13.45%, the difference of measured value between experiment group even up to 32%. And there were significant difference between experiment group and control group. Though the measured value in different staff didn't up to 20%, identically better than pulverized powder, we still concerned for the usage of drugs that have narrow therapeutic range. It is needed to have more accurate measuring instruments. |
