中文摘要 | 大屯火山群經野外調查可劃出32處的溫泉徵兆區,依數條北北東-南南西方向延展的谷地呈線型分布,其中數處首次獲得泉質分析數據。各徵兆區範圍及出水量不一,產狀與泉質變化也大,即使在同一溫泉徵兆區內,從不同的露頭或是鑽井獲取之水樣,水質便可能有很大的差異。依溫泉酸鹼度及所含主要陰離子,可將區內溫泉劃分為六大類,各有不同的成因。火山活動是導致環境中砷濃度發生異常的原因之一,而在大屯火山群中目前僅發現位處新北投及金山兩地的溫泉含有較高的砷濃度,且這些溫泉皆直接由五指山層湧出,未與火成岩產生交互作用。北投溪溪床有砷鉛鐵礬礦賦存,而位於北投溪下游的關渡平原,也有大面積的土壤砷濃度高於土壤重金屬污染管制標準。經由分析磺港溪的溪水水質,可進一步推定砷污染源應來自地熱谷溫泉。金山一帶的溫泉廢水排放較無統一規範,是否造成當地飲用水及農地之砷污染,值得進一步調查。 |
英文摘要 | In Tatun volcanic group, numerous outcrops of hot springs can be divided into 32 districts which distribute along several NNE-SSW oriented lineaments. The chemical compositions of some hot spring waters in that region are reported for the first time. Based on the pH values and dominated ions, hot springs in Tatun volcanic group can be classified into 6 different categories formed through different processes. Although volcano activity is one reason causing environmental arsenic anomaly, in Tatun volcanic group, the high arsenic concentration can only be detected from hot springs located at Xin-Beitou and Jinshan. These hot springs all gush directly from the Wuchihshan formation without interacting with igneous rocks. In addition to beudantite which was found in Beitou creek, a recent research also pointed out that up to 128 hectares of Guandu plain located next to Tatun volcanic group contain excessive arsenic. Through systematically analyzing water arsenic concentration of Huang Gang creek, the source of arsenic that can be confirmed there comes from hot springs. In Beitou area, the arsenic pollution will not cause serious problem because hot spring water is not used for irrigation anymore, and no residents in that district drink ground water. However, the situation in Jinshan area is totally different and worth a further study to confirm whether, or not, the arsenic in hot springs there will cause the local drinking water and farmland to be polluted. |
