中文摘要 | 背景和目的:本研究目的在探討三種不同雞易度的數學減算任務是否會使靜態站立平衡表現有依序之變化,且其變化是否隨著感覺輸入訊息的情況而不同。方法:以感覺整合測試製造六種感覺輸入情況。除單一平衡任務外,15名健康年輕人另在雙重作業中一邊維持穩定站立姿勢、一邊執行簡單、中等、困難三種數學減法測試。主要分析變項為平衡分數,以二維重複量數變異數分析進行。結果:不同難易度之數學減算任務與六種感覺情況並沒有互動效應(p=0.764);不同難易度之數學減算任務未造成平衡分數之依序改變(p=0.682)。結論:三種不同難易度的數學減算任務並沒有造成姿勢穩定度之依序變化,此現象也沒有隨著站立時成覺輸入訊息的差異而不同。這可能是由於本研究之受試族群為健康年輕人且平衡任務有其任務優先性,未來應針對注意力資源受損之族群進行研究,並調整測試指令或更改第二任務類型,以利未來發展針對靜態站立平衡的雙重作業表現的臨床測試。 |
英文摘要 | Background and Purpose: We examined if three-level complexity of subtraction task would cause an ordered change on quiet standing balance and if the above effect varies with sensory inputs. Methods: The Sensory Organization Test was utilized to produce six conditions for sensory input. Apart from the single balance task, during dual-tasking, 15 healthy young participants maintained standing balance and at the same lime performed easy, medium, or difficult subtraction tasks. The main analysis variable was equilibrium score; it was analyzed by two-way repealed measure ANOVA. Results: The three-level complexity of subtraction task resulted in ordered changes of performance in terms of the number of participants with correct answers. There was no interaction effect between complexity of subtraction task and sensory condition (p=0.764), and there was no ordered change of equilibrium score as a function of complexity of subtraction task (p=0.682). Conclusions: The three-level complexity of subtraction task did not cause ordered change in quiet standing balance and the influence did not vary with different sensory inputs. The results may due to our testing participants were young and health y or the influence of task priority. Further research is warranted to apply this experimental paradigm, with adjustment for instruction priority or for types of secondary task, to subjects with attention deficit. Clinical tools could then be developed for evaluating dual-tasking effects on quiet standing balance. |
