中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討臺灣中部大專校院不同規律運動階段學生在計劃行爲理論之行爲態度、主觀規範與知覺行爲控制,對行爲意圖的影響,有助於瞭解個體行爲改變的機制。採集群抽樣方式,選取中部10所大專校院之學生作爲研究對象,經問卷調查分析後,有效問卷爲956份。經LISREL線性分析檢定,結果顯示:維持期學生之行爲態度、主觀規範對行爲意圖具有正向的影響。行動期學生之行爲態度、主觀規範、知覺行爲控制對行爲意圖具有正向的影響。準備期學生期之行爲態度、主觀規範對行爲意圖具有正向的影響。意圖期學生、無意圖期學生之行爲態度、主觀規範、知覺行爲控制對行爲意圖不具影響。全體學生之行爲態度、主觀規範、知覺行爲控制對行爲意圖具有正向的影響。再根據本研究發現提出未來研究方向,並做爲學理的應用。 |
英文摘要 | This research aimed to explore the influence on behavioral intention caused by 3 variables, namely behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control, in planned behaviors among mid-Taiwan college students during various regular exercise stages. It was helpful to understand the mechanisms about changes to individual behaviors. The research was operated with group sampling wherein students were selected from 10 colleges for questionnaire surveys. There were 956 valid replies received. After LISREL linear analysis and examination, results indicated behavioral attitudes and subjective norms of students during the maintenance stage caused direct influence on behavioral intention. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of students during the action stage caused direct influence on behavioral intention. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms of students during both the preparation stage caused no direct influence on behavioral intention. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of students during the Contemplation stage and the precontemplation stage caused direct influence on behavioral intention. Behavioral attitudes, subjective norms and perceived behavioral control of all students caused direct influence on behavioral intention. Finally, based on findings in this research, there were theories and applications proposed, together with suggestions available for upcoming research effort. |
