中文摘要 | 本研究係探討吸收能力、知識移轉、組織學習與競爭優勢間的關聯性研究,以2007年天下雜誌公佈全國100大金融業與1000大高科技業為研究樣本,共發放482份問卷,有效問卷回收345份;利用SPSS12.0,將研究變項的相互關係進行實證分析。研究結果發現,在吸收能力對競爭優勢的影響中,組織學習具有部分中介的效果,而知識移轉則具有完全中介的效果;在知識移轉和競爭優勢之間的關係中,組織學習同時也具有中介效果。由此可知,組織學習在整體模式中的角色不容忽視。同時,本研究透過調節效果比較分析之後,發現研究變項之間的影響關係會受到產業別的不同,而產生不同的影響程度。 |
英文摘要 | This study mainly proposed and tested the relationships among absorptive capacity, knowledge transfer, organizational learning, and competitive advantage in finance and technology industries. Based on a cross-sectional sample, this study surveyed the data from 1000 technology and 100 financial industries in Taiwan and obtained 345 valid questionnaires. In addition, this study used SPSS 12.0 empirically explore the relationships among absorptive capacity, knowledge transfer, organizational learning, and competitive advantage. The results revealed that organizational learning partially mediates the relationship between absorptive capacity and competitive advantage, and knowledge transfer fully mediates the relationship between absorptive capacity and competitive advantage. Consequently, among these research variables, organizational learning is a key factor. Meanwhile, by regression analysis this study finds that industry is the moderator on the path between absorptive capacity and knowledge transfer, absorptive capacity and competitive advantage, and organizational learning and competitive advantage. |
