中文摘要 | 學生影印部分教科書使用常見於校園內,但若不符著作權法中之所謂合理使用規定,就成了盜印行為,但這似乎未對學生造成太大的約束力,畢竟購買教科書是一筆不少的費用。本文主要是藉由「計畫行為理論」建立一個學生影印教科書行為之研究模式,受訪學生用於分析之問卷計有475筆,研究結果大致符合原理論模式之預期,影印教科書態度對「行為意圖」有顯著的直接影響,而「主觀規範」與「知覺行為控制」對「行為意圖」則有顯著的間接影響,至於依「期望效用理論」與「威懾理論」所加入之自變項構念中,「經濟負擔」對「行為意圖」有顯著的間接影響,而「知覺懲罰嚴重性」與「知覺懲罰確定性」對「行為意圖」則未呈現顯著的影響,似乎意味著更高的教科書價格,更高的「經濟負擔」,將導致更多的影印教科書行為,而「威懾理論」中之「知覺懲罰嚴重性」與「知覺懲罰確定性」似乎仍無法赫阻學生影印教科書之「行為意圖」。 |
英文摘要 | Photocopy of part of the textbooks seems a common phenomenon in the campus. It will become a pirate behavior if the so-called fair use of copyright law does not match. This seems does not cause too much binding for students after all, as textbooks cost a lot for some students. This paper developed students’ photocopy textbooks behavior model by the theory of planned behavior, expected utility theory, and deterrence theory. A survey of 475 respondents was used to test the model. The results consist with the original theoretical model , attitudes of photocopy textbooks on behavioral intentions have a significant direct effect, and subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have significant indirect effects on behavioral intentions, the independent variables of the constructs were joined according to theory of expected utility theory and deterrence theory, the economic burden on behavioral intentions have a significant indirect effects, and perceived of punishment severity and perceived of punishment certainty did not show significant effects on behavioral intention. The impact of textbooks seems to mean higher prices, higher economic burden will lead to more acts of photocopying textbooks, and the deterrence theory of perceived punishment severity and punishment certainty seems still not enough to stop the students’ intention to photocopy textbooks. |
