英文摘要 | Due to the age of the passenger hydraulic elevators in the station of muzha section of wenhuline, which began operation over 10 years ago in 1996, the drawbacks of hydraulic elevators include poor ride quality as compared with other systems. In order to lower the failure rate of elevators, in 2009, the Taipei Metro upgraded 10 elevators, work started on upgrading to the Machine Room-Less elevator system. The change reduced the size, weight, heat output and energy consumption of hydraulic elevators by up to onehalf. The energy saving in comparison to hydraulic elevators are even more substantial. |
