中文摘要 | 本文主要是分析近8年(91至98年)臺灣北部淡水河流域、桃園沿海河系流域、頭前沿海流域等河川水質變化情形,包括以河川污染指數(River Pollution Index;RPI)探討河川水體水質分級結果,並以溶氧、懸浮固體、生化需氧量、氨氮等4項河川污染指數之評估因子,比較不同流域間,影響河川水體水質RPI分級之主要因子。就近8年約8328筆監測數據顯示,包括淡水河本流、大漢溪、新店溪、基隆河、三峽河、景美溪在內的淡水河流域,其歷年河川水質RPI分級結果屬於未(稍)受污染、輕度污染、中度污染、嚴重污染的比例約為35%、14%、33%、18%,而主要影響RPI分級的項目為氨氮,影響權重為33.0%,其次分別為溶氧、懸浮固體及生化需氧量,影響權重分別為24.3%、23.2%、19.5%。桃園沿海流域之南崁溪、茄苳溪、老街溪、社子溪、福興溪及新豐溪,其歷年河川水質RPI分級屬於未(稍)受污染、輕度污染、中度污染、嚴重污染的比例約為11%、11%、61%、17%,而主要影響RPI分級的項目為氨氮,影響權重為42.1%,其次分別為生化需氧量、溶氧及懸浮固體,影響權重分別為29.8%、14.2%、13.8%。頭前沿海流域之鳳山溪、霄裡溪、頭前溪、上坪溪、油羅溪、客雅溪及鹽港溪,其歷年河川水質RPI分級屬於未(稍)受污染、輕度污染、中度污染、嚴重污染的比例約為56%、13%、27%、4%,而主要影響RPI分級的項目氨氮,影響權重為32.7%,其次分別為懸浮固體、生化需氧量及溶氧,影響權重分別為27.7%、22.1%、17.5%。 |
英文摘要 | This study analyzed the river water quality in the northern areas of Taiwan from 2002 to 2009, including Danshuei River Basin, Taoyuan Coastal River Basin and Toucian Coastal River Basin. The RPI (River Pollution Index) was used to evaluate river pollution conditions. The RPI includes 4 assessment factors, including Dissolved Oxygen, Suspended Solids, Biochemical Oxygen Demand and Ammonia Nitrogen. This study tried to find the main factors that influenced river pollution conditions the most. The river water quality analysis results of the last 8 years showed the river pollution condition percentages of Danshuei River Basin are 35% of “non or slight-polluted”, 14% of “light-polluted”, 33% of “medium-polluted”, and 18% of “heavy-polluted”. The main factor that influenced the Danshuei River Basin pollution conditions were Ammonia Nitrogen (33.0%), followed by Dissolved Oxygen (24.3%), Suspended Solids (23.2%) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (19.5%). The percentages for the Taoyuan Coastal River Basin were 11% of “non or slight-polluted”, 11% of “light-polluted”, 61% of “medium-polluted”, and 17% of “heavy-polluted”. The main factors that influenced the Taoyuan Coastal River Basin pollution conditions were Ammonia Nitrogen (42.1%), followed by Biochemical Oxygen Demand (29.8%). Dissolved Oxygen (14.2%), and Suspended Solids (13.8%). The percentages for the Toucian Coastal River Basin were 56% of “non or slight-polluted”, 13% of “light-polluted”, 27% of “medium-polluted”, and 4% of “heavy-polluted”. The main factors that influenced the Toucian Coastal River Basin pollution conditions were Ammonia Nitrogen (32.7%,), followed by Suspended Solids (27.7%) Biochemical Oxygen Demand (22.1%), and Dissolved Oxygen (17.5%). |
