| 中文摘要 | 為瞭解空氣中影響人體健康的重要物質狀況,提供即時空氣污染指標資訊,環保署已設有76個空氣品質測站自動監測網系統傳回即時監測資料。考慮空氣品質變化可能對老人、小孩或敏感性族群有較大的影響,環保署已將健康風險的概念融入空氣品質資訊管理工作中。環保署每日進行隔日空氣品質預報,經由網站公布、自動傳簡訊提供給媒體及關心的民眾。當中國大陸沙塵來襲,透過沙塵暴預報系統提供24至72小時的預警,經由新聞稿、iGoogle小工具或研考會E管家訊息等方式傳達。並隨著行動通訊的普遍應用及微網誌之興起,提供空氣品質高值微網誌發布系統,當空氣品質指數達不良及紫外線指數達危險等即時,隨時發布及追蹤消息,歷年的監測資料也一併於網站上提供下載。 除了資訊公開及對民眾的便利性外,為了加速追查污染源,特別增設4套高值觸發採樣系統,是選定在空氣污染潛勢高之區域附近或下風處,當測值出現異常升高時,即以簡訊通知地方環保局及督察總隊追查。 為滿足國人對空氣品質監測資訊之需求,未來將持續發展更多元之查詢管道,供民眾隨時隨地輕鬆查看空氣品質(含紫外線指數)之最新監測資料及預報資料。 |
| 英文摘要 | In order to know the vital concepts of key air-pollutants influences on health and provide real-time air pollution standards index information to the public, the EPA (the Environmental Protection Administration in Taiwan) established 76 monitoring stations with the setting of sending the real-time monitoring information feedback automatically. Since poor air quality conditions affect the elder citizens, children and people with allergies, the EPA had already incorporated the concept of health risk and air quality information for better services. The public can find the air quality forecast through websites, cell phone messages and the media. During dust storms, people can get the alarms/relevant information of 24-72 hours prediction by cell phone messages, e-mails, news, iGoogle gadget, and e-housekeeper (managed by the Research, Development and Evaluation Commission of the Executive Yuan). The EPA will send the warning messages through the micro-blog publishing systems should the air quality/UV index turn into a poor/dangerous condition. The EPA continues to provide multiple channels for inquiry. The ultimate goal is to enable the general public to view the latest air quality monitoring data, including the UV index and forecast information anytime/anywhere. |
