中文摘要 | 濕砂模法在所有鑄造成型方式中,具有可大量生產、鑄砂回收性高、裂成複雜鑄件等特性,應用於成型鎂合金,將大幅降低成本,且可以生產大型鑄件。由於鎂合金化學活性大,將鎂液澆鑄至濕砂模中,易與模砂中水份造成反應產生危險,因此在濕模砂中添加抑制劑,用來保護鑄件外觀及生產鎂合金等安全問題。本研究將討論不同抑制劑濃度與含水量多寡對鎂合金鑄件表面的影響。結果顯示濕模砂含水量高之鑄件,其表面氣孔也隨之增加,反之則相反;抑制劑濃度的增加,對於鎂合金鑄件能夠達到良好的保護效果。 |
英文摘要 | Green sand mold for most ancient casting formation mathed, uses the green sand mold formation magnesium alloy casting, can save the coat and produce the big casting. The magnesium alloy is the flammable metal. Magnesium alloy fluid casting to green sand mold, easily has the chemical reaction with the moisture, therefore must increase inhibitor for protects the casting outward appearance and the production magnesium alloy security problem in the green sand mold. This study discussed the different inhibitor concentration and the moisture content to the magnesium alloy casting surface influence. The result showed that pores at casting surface increases with the moisture of green sand mold. It is also shown that the inhibitor has a beneficial effect on surface quality of the magnesium alloy castings. |
