中文摘要 | 呼吸治療師,在民國91年「呼吸治療師法」立法通過後,明訂每位呼吸治療師在執業時必須加入呼吸治療師公會。93年6月12日台北市與台北縣接續成立公會,國內至今累計有12個地方公會。95年12月3日也成立『中華民國呼吸治療師公會全國聯合會』,執業公會一直都是扮演著維護工作權益及創造職場優勢的角色,因此想瞭解會員對其公會會務工作之滿意度。本研究目的爲利用問卷調查方式,探討在台北縣呼吸治療師公會成立後,執業現況及會員對這公會會務之滿意度。問卷共計發出173份,回收問卷共有135份,回收率爲78%。結果發現會員執業場所以區域醫院36.4%爲最多數,地區醫院32.6%次之,而醫學中心是29.5%,居家護理是1.6%。在『會務滿意度』調查方面,其中以滿意度最高之前三項分別爲服務態度3.1分、會場安排3.01分、大會時段安排3.0分。然而,『台灣RT』之北縣公會專欄與投稿內容2.9分、年終選一星期日中午餐敘2.8分、爲呼吸治療師爭取權益2.77分,此三項之滿意度爲其中最低。同時醫學中心滿意度勝算比爲非醫學中心較低。公會以提升會務滿意度爲主要努力方向,增進呼吸治療師公會與呼吸治療師的良好關係,進而推動呼吸治療師工作權益及創造呼吸治療專業在醫療職場之優勢。 |
英文摘要 | The medical environment for respiratory therapist has been enhanced steadily ever since the legislation of "respiratory therapist commandment" in 2002. The Taipei city and Taipei county association was connecting established in June 12, 2004, the domestic total so far 12 local associations, is then also the setting up of the respiratory therapists society of the republic of china in December 3, 2006. To further enhance our professional capacity and cohesion, the occupational association has been playing a vital role in promoting work-related rights and creating career advantages. Hence, the objective of this survey research is to explore member's expectations, including current working condition and service satisfaction. The questionnaire return rate is 78 percent (135/173), within which 36.4 percent are from regional hospitals, 32.6 percent are from district hospitals, 29.5 percent are from medical centers and 1.6 percent are from home care services. The most interesting finding is that members are highly satisfied with our attitude of service (3.1 scores), arrangements of the site of the annual meeting (3.01 scores) and arrangement of the annual meeting (3.0 scores). As for items that require improvement, members are expecting a much more active role on promoting work-related rights (2.77 scores), holding year-end luncheon on one of the Sundays (2.8 scores), upgrading columns and contents of publication on Taiwan RT (2.9 scores). However, medical centers satisfaction with lower odds ratio than non-medical center. The Taipei County Respiratory Therapist Association will enhance members' satisfaction, improve respiratory therapists and its association relationships, and then promote the work interests of respiratory therapists and respiratory therapy professionals to create advantages in the medical workplace in the future. |
