中文摘要 | 染料敏化型太陽能電池 (Dye-sensitized Solar Cell; DSSC) 是一個新興技術,在美國相關的專利不到200 筆,全世界的專利不超過500 筆 (日本除外),但是日本卻有2184 筆與DSSC 相關的專利。 本研究利用與眾不同的方法,分別自日本的F-term 及國際專利分類篩選出DSSC 的技術落點,再逐篇閱讀,歸納出所有DSSC 相關的日本專利特徵。 日本將DSSC 列為2008 技術戰略地圖重要項目之一,也認為其潛力無限,本研究解析日本每一個DSSC 專利地圖F-term 的技術重點,指出未來發展方向,供各界參考運用。 日本過去20 多年在DSSC 領域中所發表的專利數2184 筆,佔全世界95%,發表機關超過300 個,但目前稍具雛形的產品卻都是瑞士Michael Grätzel 教授擁有的專利所授權,而此專利保護期於2008 年屆滿。由於是此領域最重要的基本專利,幾乎涵蓋半導體、染料、電極、電荷輸送層等基本構造,所以保護期一過,新企業加入這個領域的障礙將大大減輕,市場開始有所變化,產業化腳步已開始加快。 |
英文摘要 | Dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is an emerging technology. In US, less than 200 patents are DSSC-related, worldwide DSSC patents are less than 500 (exclude Japan). But in Japan alone, there exists 2184 DSSC-related patents. In this study, we combined the F-term and international patent classification (IPC) to derive the DSSC-related Japanese patents. Then verifying each patent manually to get the final lists of Japanese DSSC patents. We analyzed each technical field of F-term carefully and depict the details of each technology thoroughly. Since Japan lists DSSC is an important Industry in 2008 strategic Technology Map. This study will offer deep insight information of DSSC for all parties involved. In the post 20 yea, Japan has more then 2000 DSSC patent applications, 95% of worldwide applications. Assignee is more than 300. But all DSSC products are associated with the licensing of Michael Graetzel’s basic patent was expired on 2008, the market starts to see more products and R&D activities are increasing. |
