英文摘要 | Since the level of technical skills for the wooden frame industry is not very high and is considered a labor-intensive industry, which resulted to competing players mostly coming from Mainland China and South East Asian countries, thus, individual firms are presently maintained and managed by couples and some qualified employees. It mostly focuses on domestic market, while on the other hand, its international market does it’s selling through trading to countries such as Saudi Arabia, Middle East etc. As there is not much to consider for its future development, one aspect for it is to provide something to do for oneself and the other aspect is to be able to take care of the potential employees which is the greatest desire. |
