中文摘要 | 本文提出一種改良式化學反應方法來製作奈米氧化鐵粒子,以氯化鐵,氯化亞鐵,鹽酸,氫氧化鈉等材料,經過不同比例混合溶液、攪拌、沉澱,脫水、清洗、以烘乾取代風乾之省時程序製作出奈米氧化鐵粉末。同時,為了驗證,我們做了SEM、TEM分析圖,以證實氧化鐵粉末已經是奈米級的尺寸,再做EDS和XRD之定性分析,更是進一步確認粉末成分的確是氧化鐵(Fe3O4)。 |
英文摘要 | This paper proposes a modified method of chemical reaction to produce nano-particles of iron oxide, we used the ferric chloride, ferrous chloride, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide and other materials, after a mixture of different proportions, stirring, sedimentation, dehydration, cleaning and using the oven to dry the produce of nano-iron oxide powder instead of the nature dry. The morphology and size of nano-iron oxide powder were characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and the composition of nano-iron oxide powder was carried out by using the energy dispersive spectrometer and x-ray diffraction, and it confirmed that the products were iron oxide powder (Fe3O4). |
