中文摘要 | 本研究以高雄市六家百貨公司爲例,採用關鍵層級因素分析法,探討百貨公司以無線網路進行體驗行銷的關鍵成功因素。主要研究結果發現:百貨公司發展無線網路對於體驗行銷具有正面助益,而其最重要的關鍵成功因素依序爲「行銷推廣」、「基礎建設」和「經營模式」。本研究並發現,無線網路對於體驗行銷的重要性依序如下:感官體驗、情感體驗、關聯體驗、行動體驗,思考體驗。本研究結論指出,善用無線網路的潛力以發展體驗行銷,爲體驗行銷注入新的活力,提高消費者的認同,是當今百貨公司面對激烈市場競爭的重要營運策略。 |
英文摘要 | This study takes six department stores in Kaohsiung and uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process, (FAHP) as method to explore key success factors for department store's use of experiential marketing through the application of wireless local area network (WLAN). Results of this study are that the deployment of wireless local area networks is helpful for enhancing experiential marketing, and the key success factors are, in sequence of importance, marketing and promotion, infrastructure and business model. This study also finds out that WLAN is beneficial to experiential marketing in aspects of "sense", "feel", "relate", "act" and "think". The conclusion points out that using the potential of WLAN to develop and rejuvenate experiential marketing to win customers' hearts, is a major business strategy for department stores to succeed in the context of keen competition today. |
