中文摘要 | 本研究主要目的在於建構及探討半導體產業主管應具備之管理才能,瞭解臺灣半導體產業主管管理才能現況,並探討半導體產業主管管理才能缺口。本研究藉由文獻探討、訪談、專家學者意見及問卷調查等方法,獲致研究發現如下:人資主管在概念才能構面與高階主管認知具有顯著差異;且各階層主管均有需要加強訓練之管理才能。依據研究結果,提出具體措施供半導體產業培育、訓練及提升管理人才能力之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this study to construct and explore of the semiconductor industry should have the management competency. To explore management competency gap of the semiconductor industry. This study use, literature review, interviews, expert review and questionnaire survey methods. The study found that competent competency has significant differences from HR manager and all-level manager; and all level-manager have needed to strengthen the management competency. Based on research findings, propose specific measures for the semiconductor industry, nurturing, training and management personnel to enhance the ability of the reference. |
