| 中文摘要 | 本研究採用德懷術及層級分析程序,建立一個「高中職商科教師專業成長的邏輯決策」參考模式,藉以探索教師在專業成長行動決策時的評估指標及各指標間的相對重要性。研究中將教師專業成長的決策分為:主構面、次構面及細部指標等三個層次。首先 利用德懷術決定構面的指標,避免重複以精簡問卷。在問卷調查之後,採用層級分析程序統計各構面指標的相對權重。結果發現,影響最大的評估指標是「專業要求」;代表專業要求是各校對教師要求的共識。其次,第二個指標是「校長態度」,顯然校長的態度重要地左右教師們進修的決心。第三個重要的指標是「教學策略與方法」,顯示教師在習得更多的專業知識與技術之後,他們會尋求最佳的方法把知識及技術傳授給學生。綜言之,促使教師專業成長的最大誘因是專業學科知能,因此學校必須對教師專業教學之需求,主動規劃教師成長活動與在職進修,鼓勵教師主動參加,進而提昇教學品質建立學校發展特色。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study adopt the Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process to develop a logical decision making model for the computer program teachers’ professional growth in the business department of senior general high schools and vocational high schools. The model signified the evaluation indexes and its relative importance which indicate teachers’ decision making in their professional growth. The professional growth decision dimension was divided into three levels: main frame, sub-frame, and detailed evaluation indexes. At first, Delphi method was used to trim the items for concising the questionnaire and to avoid the redundency, then, data collected by questionnaire survey was analyzed by A.H.P. to obtain the relative weights of each evaluation indexes. As a result, the most significant evaluation index is the “professional requirement,” which shows that the essential task as a common consensus for teaching in each type of schools. The second important index is the “principal’s attitude,” which represents the principal’s attitude influence teachers’ behavior for the professional progress in teaching. The third index is the “teaching strategy and method,” which shows that when teachers learned more about professional knowledge and technology, they can further find the better way to teach students. To conclude, the most tempting reason of teacher professional growth is the professional competence, therefore, the school’s administrators have to actively plan teachers’ professional growth programs according to the needs of professional teaching, and encourage teachers to participate in for improving teaching qualities and promoting school reputation. |
