中文摘要 | 老化導致身體功能衰退已成為全球關注的健康議題,為了避免連帶影響日常活動功能的執行能力,有效維持規律的運動訓練已被證實是最佳治療策略。爰此,本文採用適合老年人的整合性運動課程概念(伸展運動、有氧運動及肌力訓練),探討其促進老年人身體功能的成效。透過文獻回顧分析發現整合性運動訓練確實可促進老年人心肺適能、上肢及下肢肌力、平衡能力及柔軟度等身體功能性,此舉亦能有效維持老年人在日常生活中對於爬樓梯、穿脫衣服、處理家庭事務及參與休閒運動等活動功能的執行。但國內關於此方面的實證研究仍相當有限,期望後續研究能進一步建構適合我國老年人的整合性運動訓練課程,作為預防功能性衰退及促進老年人日常活動功能之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Aging leading to decline of physical function has become one of the attentive health issues in the world. To avoid the physical function decline affecting the ability of the elderly doing their daily activities, maintenance of regular exercise training was confirmed the best treatment strategy. In view of the above, this study was to explore the therapeutic effects on the elderly physical function brought by the concept of multi-component exercise training combined with stretching, aerobic, and resistance training. Through the literature review and analysis, it was proved that the multi-component exercise training did contribute significant improvement on some physical function of the elderly, like cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength, balance ability, and flexibility. In addition, this training also helped the elderly keep their ability to do activities, such as climbing and stepping down stairs, putting clothes on and taking off, house chores, and leisure exercise, etc. The relevant evidence-based researches are rarely can be referenced though in Taiwan. It is expected to construct the multi-component exercise training courses suitable for the seniors in Taiwan in the follow up researches as reference for preventing the elderly from body functional decline and enforcing their abilities in arranging daily activities. |
