中文摘要 | 本研究以台灣本土分離之棘孢木黴菌 (Trichoderma asperellum) Tr1菌株與戀臭假單胞桿菌 (Pseudomonas putida) T2菌株,進行複方微生物製劑之開發。此製劑配方應用於台灣中部及南部二處不同環境及氣候條件之 高爾夫球場,皆能有效防治由立枯絲核菌 (Rhizoctonia solani) 所引起的草皮褐斑病的發生。另外,應用於種苗 場之作物幼苗培植,也有明顯促進蔬菜種苗生長之效果。由試驗結果顯示此木黴菌與螢光假單胞菌之配方組合所 得的複方微生物製劑,可發揮促進植物生長及拮抗植物病害之雙重功效,有利於本土微生物製劑之開發應用。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, a mixed formulation of microbial agents was developed for plant disease control. This mixed formulation of microbial agents contains Trichoderma asperellum strain Tr1 and Pseudomonas putida strain T2, which were isolated and screened from Taiwan. The manufacture process and formulation for this microbial agent was setup. The field evaluations of this agent in golf court for the control of turfgrass brown patch disease caused by Rhizoctonia solani, and growth promotion of vegetable seedlings in a nursery were also carried out. The results showed that the mixed formulation of microbial agents has the abilities to antagonize the plant pathogen and promote plant growth. This formulation can be a basis for further development of microbial agents for field application. |
