中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討大專院校體育教師的教育專業信念與教師壓力之現況與關係。以自編之「大專院校體育教師專業信念與教師壓力之研究」量表進行問卷調查,研究對象為416 位全國大專院校體育科教師,所得資料經描述性分析、驗證性因素分析、多變項變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及典型相關分析等統計方法處理後,得到結果包括:第一、教師普遍具有高度的教育專業信念特徵,以及低度的教師壓力,其中又以專業倫理信念最高,學生壓力最大。第二、教師教育專業信念與教師壓力會因教師特質的不同而有差異。第三、教師的教育專業信念與教師壓力具有顯著相關,且正負相關互見。第四、教師的教育專業信念對教師壓力具有顯著影響力,且正向影響與負向影響皆有。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and correlation of college and university PE teachers' professional belief and teacher stress. Through the self-compiled "The Study of College and University PE teachers' professional belief and teacher stress" scales, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The study subjects are 416 college and university PE teachers in the nation. The data obtained was processed using descriptive analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, MANOVA, Pearson correlation and canonical correlation analysis. The results obtained include: 1. the teachers generally demonstrated high degrees of characteristic professional belief and low levels of teacher stress, among them ethical belief had the highest rating and the students were under the most tremendous stress; 2. the teachers' professional belief and teacher stress differed due to the teachers' varied attributes; 3. the teachers' professional belief and teacher stress were significantly correlated, and both positive and negative correlation were observed; 4. the teachers' professional belief had significant influences on teacher stress, and the influences were both positive and negative. |
