英文摘要 | Heart rate variability (HRV) is a non-invasive method to observe the autonomic nervous system, and then predict the function of a human body. It has become a substantial physiological index. To any ethnic group, regular exercise is always positive for our body and mind. Yoga movement is one of the most famous therapies in recent years. Through physical exercise, breathing-control, and meditation, it can integrate our body and mind, and then improve our physical, psychological, social, and spiritual comfort. This article integrates clinical empirical studies in yoga to explore the heart rate variability in different ethnic groups after the intervention with yoga. It provides references for all professional nurses to improve public health. |
